My son is 10 months 3 weeks old. Doesn't eat anything. He has hot body. Dint poop from 2 days, has heat rashes all over the body. Please help

Please get in touch with your doctor in this matter to understand what is underlying situation. Give your child well balanced, healthy and keep hydrated all day. Continue with breastfeeding.
