Q.

My son is 1 Yr old mostly he is having milk ( mother milk and lactogen) and very limited solid food. We are very much concerned and worried as he is not having proper solid food , we are afraid if he will get less nutrition than his brain development will not be upto the mark. please help and advise

A. hello ypu should limit the amount of milk that you give for the baby and you should be giving your child small portion of food frequently instead of one meal at a time and also try with different food option and recipe which can help in the baby growth
