my son is 1 yr old. he has severe drop down in blood to 6.7 please can you share what should i feed for my boy to get good blood

A. you need to have check up for Thalassemia is present in baby and also consult with your doctor if blood infusion is needed Red meat, pork and poultry. Seafood. Beans. Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. Peas. iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal. nuts and seeds. dried fruit.
