my son is 1 yr 11 mnth he is suffering from fever since last night...whiche antibiotic syrup can give him..π medicine name plzz

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than two years of age if baby is suffering from fever you have to you paracetamol 250 3 ml three times a day to the baby and give it cannot be given without proper indication
