my son is 1 year old from morning he has head hot and body also temperature is there and drowiness is thr. which medicine I should give?

this as per what has been mentioned now the details shall need an examination and so you can see any doctor around you for now to best take an opinion about this problem .

first , check the temperature using thermometer.
I would suggest to use Babyhug Thermometer which gives accurate measurements.
if the temperature is 100f or above , please visit your pediatrician.
