my son is 1 year old can I start giving him cow milk and how much should I give him what can I mix to his milk I ask my doctor he recommended me to give him toned milk only is it ok

A. Hi Mom, One year baby can drink whole, pasteurized cow's milk (3.25% milk fat) or whole, pasteurized goat's milk fortifeid with vitamin D and folic acid when selecting milk for your one year old. However, if your doctor advised to give toned milk, you can go ahead as per your doctor's advice.
