my son is 1 year old and is passing soft stool 4 to 5 times a day. he isn't cranky, is eating well and playing too. Is there any medication required? or should I change his diet?

A. It sounds perfectly normal. As long as its not greenish watery or pale yellow, u don’t need to worry.

A. If it is not a loose motion or if your child is not passing motion immediately after eating anything then it is not a problem then it is totally normal but if any of the things are there then yes you required to connect with your doctor
