my son is 1 year 8 month old and three days back he had swallowed a very small stone. is there anything to worry about it because from the very next day he is having runny nose and cough.

A. if the child has swallowed this it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
