my son is 1 year 2 months old. he has cold with runny nose since last one week. and he has rashes on his stomach and hand. let me know what happened to him and what should I do for him

I would suggest you to get a check with your doctor because maybe an allergy which is why this is happening the rash on the body and the running nose of your child could be correlated with some kind of an infection only or allergy so better check with the doctor fourth
