My son is 1 year 10 months old and he is getting white stops on his neck and shoulders from the past 2 months how to get rid of those white spots?? any medicine is recommended?? please provide me with a solution

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Aglba which is agugravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skiun is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
