Q.

my son is 1 month old now he vomit/spit after every feed..even though we gave him 20 to 25 of burping keeping him upright position also but there is no changes

A. Namaste Mom, If the spit is in small amounts and not as the whole feed taken not to worry as this occurs due to reflux action, Elevate the baby head a little while feeding helps to ease in the flow of the feed.
