my son is 1 and 4 month .He say mama and kaka not any other word.He use mainly thumb finger when he play toys.To play piano also I gave pop it up toy but he use thumb finger to pop.He dont use index finger to point any object. Bt he is very active he plays football he claps wave bye bye etc.. only pointing problem is it serious

A. appear to be normal what you have described is totally normal and there is no need to worry regarding this. but if you feel that it it seems to be something different you can meet your doctor regarding this and the doctor will guide you.
