My son is 1.5 years old,,khane me bhot Pareshan karta h kuch nhi khata…can I give him liv 52 drops???

It’s not a problem giving it but you should consult your doctor 1st because there are lots of reasons with which the child suffers with loss of appetite so once your doctor is going to confirm then accordingly they can advise you with the right to you so please check with your doctor in the first place
