my son he will give reply for maximum of questions but when we ask him what's your name like this he repeats question and will say answer ex: what's your name then he said what you're name sarva how to correct this repeatation

A. What kind of questions is your child responding to that’s another question because if the child is not aware about its name and responding to everything else then I’m not very certain what may be the problem but maybe the child is aware about its actual name
