Q.
my son he is 18 months old now. it's been a month or two he has lost his appetite and we are giving him multi vitamin but I don't see much improvement. before he has got good appetite and he is not a fussy eater. I tried giving him different type of food but it's not working well. what should I do please advice. thank you.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. if there is worm in stool , child feel itching at anal area ,low appetite, stomach upset ,it indicates worm infection.

there are many reasons like worm infection, dehydration, teething, stomach problem like colic indigestion or constipation,too much milk intake etc
so please check for this.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive
for example
offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
but please don't force feed your child.
give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
