my son having white patches on neck since by birth I take him to skin doctor he said birthmark nothing to worry but that patch hair turns white colour

So if it has turned white colour than previously what was the colour of the page that you haven’t mentioned and also please get it tested for vitiligo because if it is changing colour then they could be 1% chance of vitiligo as well so better be sure about it
