my son having fever with no other symptoms like sneezing or coughing.. only having fever and feeling chill.what will be the problem.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 month agoA. Fever can happen due to sudden season change your temperature also it is not necessary that it will happen because of cold cough or anything also so that it could be a basic viral that your child may be suffering with paracetamol as of now
