My son have red rashes all over body it’s itching very much and also fever

That is such a heavy rash I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion or coconut oil every 2 to 3 hours for better than instant relief and consult your doctor to start giving an anti-allergy oral medication which is equally going to be beneficial in the current situation
