my son have fever from last 30 hours...I gave him ibugesic plus 3 times in last 30hour....no other issue he have.....what should b the reason for fever??what should I do further??

A. if the child is having recurrent fever so you should consult your doctor at once for a proper examination to find out the focus of infection and follow the instructions given
