Q.
my son have fever before 4 days i give him a paracetamol syrup for 3 days now he have a pimples on toungue and his lips are little swelling and his gum is become dark red and when he is brushing the little blood is coming from gum please tell why this happened and what i have to do

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there, Ma’am. Please do not worry about it too much. But it is really very difficult to say anything without examination of the Baby. It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advice properly. Please do not self medicate the baby.
