my son have 4 years old he suffering from stomic pain from 4days but not continuously feel some times he don't take food.he take food very less.plz sir tell me solution and reason.thank you

Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Give easily digestible homemade healthy foods and keep hydrated. Good luck and take care.
