my son has vomit at early morning once ..on off he says back head pain..what to do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period.
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occurs due to gastritis
meet dr for headache

Then get it checked with the paediatrician of physical assessment is only going to give you a clarity because your child is having vomiting and then complaining of headache also maybe all these things are associated with each other so better to have an assessment one time
