Q.

my son has two ways (two holes) for passing his potty, is it normal or it is due to mistake by the nurse who was trying to open his potty door when he was 1 day old.

A. hi your baby is 8 months old now it's physically not possible to create an extra opening to stool passage it's from birth itself and you need to consult with your pediatrician once
