Q.

My son has tonsilitis since age 3..and he is underweight.. everyone is saying he won't gain weight until he gets operated for tonsils.. recently he got adenoids as well.. is surgery necessary at this age.. if I I dnt take surgery will he be ok as he grows or does it gets complicated more.

A. Mam actually it is very true if the child has having tonsils and adenoid which is on higher side like the grades are high then it actually hampers the growth of the child actually seen it with one of my friends and I have also seen his growth once the surgery was performed so if you feel that it is going to be a good option take advices from two or three doctors and then you take the decision
