My son has this kind of small small pimples type on side of his mouth ,,what might be reason? I am applying cetaphil restoraderm cream on his face

Jasmine KaurMom of a 10 yr 3 m old boy5 days agoA. Hello dear parentc. Small pimples or rashes around baby’s mouth is a normal thing . It is because baby’s mouth is not properly washed and wiped. T dry to keep it clean and apply coconut oil.
