Q.

My son has swelling on tip of his penis and red patches on one two or places over it.

A. Hi parent, please consult with your child's regular peadiatrician because it is difficult to diagnose without a physical exam. Give lots of fluids to drink and keep baby hydrated. Wash the area fully with warm soapy water daily. Keep dry
