Q.

my son has slight nose block n coughing ocassionlly .. right now i hv nasal drops wth me n sinarest af.. can u pl tel dosage . weight s 14.4.. age 3.5yr

A. please continue the same medicines what you are using at present Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

A. The Going to be somewhere around 2.5 ML twice a day that’s good enough to be given to the child you can give it for minimum three days and maximum five days not more than that it’s one of the safest drops to go for so you can go ahead with it
