my son has runny nose n very slight cough since 2 weeks. what home remdies can we give and is it due to.climatice changes

crush and boil tulsi and ginger and filter to make tulsi ginger water.z
(honey can be added to this tulsi ginger water if age of the more than 1 year of age)
give more water to drink to keep the child hydrated.
also turzmeric with milk can be given twice daily.
saline drops for nasal blockage.
