My son has running nose, cough as well.. any medication that can be provided.. He is 1 year old

for running nose you can give drops maxtra 1 ml to the child and this medicine can be repeated maximum three times per day and also give nasal saline drops and indirect steam inhalation and warm water to drink

give steam inhalation.. as steam inhalation helps in treating cold and cough..
give warm compress with ajwain potli on baby chest and back..
or apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet gently massage at bed time..
