Q.
my son has not start speaking yet. he doesn't respond to his name as well..only few times he responds...always gets angry if nothing happens acc to him...kindly suggest

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy7 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Not speaking,not responding,aggressive all are red flags need assessment .
Check other milestones whether he playing with other kids,pretend play ,giving direct eye contact...
As baby cant express his feelings he may gets angry(aggressive ) when we cant understand what he is asking or saying so they behave cranky.
Consult Developmental paediatrician or speech therapist.
