My son has not passed stool, for last 3 days, today is fourth day but he is urinating frequently and passing gas easily and he is feeding milk normally. what should I do.

A. frequent urination is indicator of good hydration but if the urination is accompanied with the fever or baby is cranky while passing urine then it can be due to UTI and then you need to consult with a doctor
