My son has milia and red pimples on his face and around the neck...how this will be removed?

U can massage ur baby with good quality coconut or pure almond baby oil before bath No problem Don't apply powder over skin It will blocks sweat pores and cause rashes and infection also. Can apply baby body lotion It will help Some rashes may appear and disappear this process continue till 3 months of age No need to worry for such rashes.
