Q.

My son has low iron as we come to know about this through a blood test so what kind of things or food I should give him for iron boosting ?

A. Iron rich foods are all berries plum prunes apricots fig and black raisins and dark geeen and leafy vegetables abd skso imryve his Vitamin C intake in the form of fruits for better iron absorption abd give beetroot abd pomegranate juice

A. hi it is advisable to give iron rich food like green leafy vegetables (spinach, Beetroot , tomatoes ) , fruits ( pear ,apple , papaya ,Amala , strawberry, pomegranate ,dates ) ,nuts and dry fruits (raisins ,fig ) more use jeggary while making food for your child as it is best source of iron limit your child milk intake as over intake of it can cause low iron level.
