it is advisable to give iron rich food like green leafy vegetables (spinach, Beetroot , tomatoes ) , fruits ( pear ,apple , papaya ,Amala , strawberry, pomegranate ,dates ) ,nuts and dry fruits (raisins ,fig ) more
use jeggary while making food for your child as it is best source of iron
limit your child milk intake as over intake of it can cause low iron level.
