my son has little fever which tablet is good for him he is 6 yrs 8 months old

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 7 years old and he is having a fever so you should give him plenty of water and tablet paracetamol 500 mg at every 6/8 hours
