Q.

my son has literally pulled both my nipples so hard that I can see cuts on them. I am not being able to feed him as its is hurting badly.. I am using Nip care but did not see much improvement.. please guide.. I am not being able to express also as it is hurting so much.

A. If your nipple fissures don't improve with home treatment or they begin to get worse, see your doctor. It's possible to develop an infection. You should also talk to your doctor if you want to breastfeed, but nipple fissures are making it difficult to continue nursing your baby.
