My son has got mouth foot and hand virus yesterday, he is 4 years 10 months. We have shown him to doctor. Can I use some home remedies to speed up his healing and, if so, What?

only antibiotics will work.
you just maintain hygiene at home.
wash all toys once and keep under sun.
give medicine on time and give healthy diet only
