My son has fall from the bed on his head on cerebral at 1900 hrs on 29 Jul 25. A mild swelling is observed after that. I have applied thrombophob ointment on that. Till now he has not shown any prob. What should be my next step?

A. If the swelling is still there keep some cold pack and applying the tube as you mentioned that’s the best to use and just look for the symptoms another 24 hours if you see sudden vomiting any kind of discomfort which is abnormal as per that particular time then you should visit your doctor otherwise you can monitor the child if there is no discomfort for another 24 to 48 hours
