Q.

My son has extra finger in his right hand and it's not properly stick, I attached photo here, from 2 3 days finger is becoming harder and nail of this finger should turned blackish slightly and finger is becoming dark red, what should do now, please suggest.

A. Polydactyly is usually treated in early childhood with the removal of the extra finger or toe. If the extra digit is not attached by any bones, a vascular clip may be used to remove it. The vascular clip attaches to the extra digit and cuts off blood flow to it.
