my son has dry cough from two days and he sometimes gets fever also..... doctor priscribe paracetamol suspension, zerotuss syrup and montina syrup and antibiotic syrup....he is taking it from two days ......yet situation is same .... is there any other method to control his fever?

A. do continue the same treatment for 2 more days, after that no improvement do revisit ur doctor.. do tepid sponging if temp is high n not reducing after giving medicine .
