my son has dry cough and running nose. since yesterday. he is 5years 7 months .his weight is 26 kg.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in nxext two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
