my son has done vomitting after drinking milk, although it was one time in a day but it was in projectile motion. do I need to worry oe its normal once a while?

A. Madam vomiting in this age is normal and as you have very clearly stated that it was only one time then it is not a problem if you see that happening constantly then of course they can assistance with your doctor but as of now it is looking like a problem
