My son has cough since last 3 days n has loose motions since yesterday his poop is jet black wat to do

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is having coughs and loose motions so if you are giving him iron medicine or formula milk then it’s black stools and give syrup chericof 1 ml three times a day

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give ascoril LS drops to the baby 0.6 ml 3 times a daythe baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
