Q.
My son has completed 1 year 3 months .after his 6th month we didn't continue any drops like vitamin D. please suggest any multivitamin drops as he doesn't gain weight . currently he's only 8 kg

If you are still concerned about it then consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet.
