Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is very common due to the environmental pollution as well as due to the preservatives which is present in the food so do not worry about it because you cannot do much about it just go with natural products

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Its Mostly due to the most unhygienic and adulterated food we are eating these days that’s one of the biggest reasons and you can also go ahead with multivitamin supplements for the child on regular basis hopefully that would be helpful
