my son has a skin allergy or infection Should I visit the doctor or apply oil it may go.. please guide us

See it would be very difficult to say what kind of allergy it is mostly it is looking like fungal so you can apply candid be ointment otherwise yes if you are not very certain about what the problem is in that case you should definitely consult your doctor one time
