shreya goelMom of a 8 yr old boy5 years agoA. Hello mom No not at all. You should avoid giving the sort of fruits if baby is having tonsils. It is not safe and it can harm more. Even you should avoid giving refrigerator food to your baby and start giving warm water regularly it will help to cure it fast. Still doesn’t get relief then consult Dr. Stay safe stay home Happy parenting
