my son had high fever since yesterday about 102 bt from today evening after giving crocin syrup now he is sweating.he is just 3 years 4 months old so is it the sign of breaking viral illness

A. hi. sweating is a good sign.. so not to worry about it. give medicibes as per instructions.. n offer lots of fluids to fulfill loss fluids from body.
