my son had fever of 101.3 and when I consulted doctor it was due to UTI and gave an antibiotic.. the first day after taking the medicine he was ok and temp became normal.. is there any need to give the medicine even after the fever has gone?? can I stop the medicine...

A. no you need to continue the medicine for the proper full doses that has been told to you by your doctor because it has got a course which needs to be completed otherwise the fever will come again
