Q.

my son had dysentery issues before 1 week...after that I stopped cow milk....after 3 days I gave...he poop like semi solid sometimes watery stool and looks like green colour....5 times in a day.....bt he is active and playing...

A. That’s okay but maybe it is generally due to stomach infection you should get it checked with your doctor once they can confirm what is the issue and according to that only they’ll be able to treat your child correctly with a course of medication and antibiotics
