my son had a small lump in his leg after did an injection few months back but it didn't hurt or swelling or reddnes is it normal or not?

It’s been a few months according to you so I don’t think this is the right thing that’s there it should not be there actually after vaccination it is there for a while maybe a day or two and that too also settled with cold compress and applying the right ointment
